Crystal cluster

Lovely little rock crystal cluster from Piz Beverin. What makes this piece special is that it's a complete "floater": the cluster broke away from the rock while it was still growing, and new crystals then formed on its back side. You can clearly see this secondary growth on the back. The back also shows a light limonite colouring, while the front is milky to water-clear. A beautiful little Piz Beverin cluster that's perfect for a display cabinet, or as a gift.
